A signed, opt-in leaderboard is planned. Wallet owners will be able to sign a free message to surrender a wallet, keep its identity masked by default, and unlist it later. Rankings will use the public rap sheet, never returns, and never be a wallet to copy. It will not be live until the court can prove the submission belongs to the owner.
